A community that values others, is a community we want to live in. We are here to help make a difference in our community and that includes helping local social enterprise ventures get started.
Introducing our Incubator Program
The Your Angel Incubator Program is a support service for social enterprise and community based start-up businesses.
Under our Incubator Program, we are able to provide mentoring, backroom administration and infrastructure support. A typical Your Angel Incubator project will operate within our own charity infrastructure until such time the business is able to stand alone as an independent entity.
Koori Kulcha Aboriginal Corporation
The Koori Kulcha Aboriginal Corporation was developed and launched as a Your Angel Incubator project. Its key focus was to improve Cultural awareness and knowledge whilst providing education, training and employment opportunities for Indigenous people.
During the start-up years Your Angel worked with the local Indigenous community to develop the commercial business that exists today. Whilst Koori Kulcha now operates independently from the charity, Your Angel continues to provide mentoring in support of the organisation.

Willo Industries
Willo Industries produces one-of-a-kind cricket bat artworks which have been lovingly restored by Will Clarke (a young man living with intellectual disabilities) and hand-painted by an array of Australian artists. Proceeds raised from the sale of these artworks are returned to the business for the future employment, training & support of Will and others like him.
Through our Incubator Program, Your Angel worked with Willo Industries to establish a sustainable business which would provide a meaningful pathway and greater financial independence for Will. A truly inspiring initiative!

Glass Box
Your Angel is proud to introduce Glass Box! Our first youth led social enterprise to go through our Incubator program.
Discovered as the winning pitch at a local Young Change Agents Workshop event in 2017, Your Angel has worked with the Glass Box team from pitch to product launch providing mentoring, financial and operational support along the way.
Led by a group of enthusiastic local teenagers, Glass Box is a social enterprise created to provide support services for young people facing mental health issues. Glass Box designs, produces and distributes a unique range of branded stationery for sale throughout the local community. 100% of profits raised go towards funding mental health first aid training in local high schools.
